Purpose of Collection
• To create a Photos13 account and verify identity
• To send service-related notifications
• To use the photos taken for marketing by PhotoWorksInteractive, Raon-iot, and Photos13, and for service operation within the necessary scope

Retention and Use Period
• Personal information is retained for as long as the account remains active.
• Upon account deletion request, the information will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
(This period is a grace period for handling account recovery requests and deleting backup data.)

Provision to Third Parties
• Currently, Photos13 does not provide users’ personal information to third parties.
• However, photos taken may be used for marketing and service operation purposes by PhotoWorksInteractive, Raon-iot, and Photos13, and may be provided in accordance with relevant laws after undergoing a separate procedure if necessary.
• If provision to other third parties is required in the future, a separate consent will be requested before deciding whether to provide it.

User Rights
• Users may request to view, modify, or delete their personal information at any time and may withdraw their consent.

Right to Refuse Consent and Possible Disadvantages

• However, without consent, creating a Photos13 account and using online services will not be possible.
